In week 6 of mindfulness meditation, the practice focuses on expanding on sound and connecting it to the vibration that exists within us, which is beyond language and can be experienced through the awakening of Brahm gyan. The universal sound of “aum” is explored, with each of its three sounds – “a,” “u,” and “m” – representing creation, preservation, and dissolution, respectively. The practice involves feeling the vibrations of each sound in different areas of the body and internalizing it. The session begins with stretches to open up the body, followed by the exploration of the sound “a” to feel its vibration in the body.
